The Reebok 3K JNR Hockey Elbow Pads are the most affordable elbow pads from Reebok.  They are great pads for the recreational player or those new to the sport.  

These pads feature the same molded plastic shell as the other elbow pads from Reebok.  This molded shell allows the arm to sit deep into the pad resulting in an excellent fit.  The 3K also uses the Kinetic Fit System (KFS), in relocating where the bicep protector connects to the rest of the pad.  By connecting the bicep guard lower, it allows the pad to follow the natural movement of the arm.  There is not plastic reinforcements in the bicep protector, and the plastic in the forearm slash guard is minimal.  This does give the pad a lightweight feel, and allows for more flex in the pad.

Reebok has used the same 3-piece strap system on this pad.  Actually featuring the same straps as the 4K.  With the lower anchor strap and two standard elastic straps.
