Here at BlueCowHockey we realise one clear and simple thing, everybody has got their own favourite stick or version of stick which they believe gives them the edge. Some are happy with their lot and want to keep playing with the same stick for the rest of their career, others are more ambitious and are always on the lookout for the next more advance offering, which will help them to continue to improve and gain advantage, and then there are the rest who are looking for the cheapest stick they can find that does not compromise on the quality and performance as they still want the best they can afford.

One piece composite ice hockey sticks are the big thing in the hockey world at the moment, with the advances in technology and manufacturing, the hockey sticks are fast becoming lighter, stronger and more responsive to our individual needs. One example of this is the latest warrior hockey top offering called the Warrior Kronik Hockey Stick, it is simply the best stick yet. Offering feedback to the player and so they can feel the puck and stick handle to the best of their abilities without limitation.

Hockey sticks are fast improving, where as the top of the range sticks may offer the best available at the moment, there is only small differences between this and what you will find in the Mid-range ice hockey sticks such as the Easton SE6 Hockey Stick which is the 09 version of the Easton SC6 stick, or the Reebok 6K, as they still offer a great level of performance and durability for players.

Moving onto the Hockey Shafts there are again many different types of shafts available on the market, and although the current one-piece synergy's are the big thing, the manufacturers have been focusing on producing top level shafts which although are two piece hockey sticks, they have still managed to provide the majority of strength, durability and performance that many of the one-piece sticks do, but with the added bonus of being a lot cheaper to replace when parts get broken.

Again BlueCowHockey have numerous hockey shafts on offer including the CCM V08 Shaft right through to the high end Warrior Dolomite shafts.

With the Hockey Shafts comes the replacement stick blades. All the major brands that have well known one piece hockey sticks, they also aim to produce a two piece version for most of their range, as of course when a stick breaks in the future as they all do eventually, then there is the option of purchasing a new replacement blade to fit into the shaft rather than paying for a whole new stick, but this all depends on where the stick has been broken?
