    What is Returnable and Not Returnable?


    Products that are in new & unused condition (must have original packaging & tags) and be sent back for a return or exchange.

    We do not accept returns of Clearance/Closeout items (unless the issue is the fault of BlueCowHockey).

    40 Calendar Days from the date or purchase found on the invoice.

    How do I Exchange or Return a product?


    Please email contact@bluecowhockey.co.uk or call 0843 2899 052 so to let us know you are intending to return an item so that we can discuss the issue with you.

    When Returning or Exchanging an Product, you need to complete a Return form.

    Is there a Re-stocking Fee?


    Items sent back for a refund will be charged a £6.99 re-stocking fee. This is to cover administration costs.

    If your order was sent under via free shipping, the shipping charge of £7.99 (Non-subsidised rate) will also be deducted from your refund.

    PLEASE NOTE - This Re-stocking fee does not apply for any Exchanges or any issues which are the fault of Blue Cow Hockey
