How long does it take to process my order?
Orders take approximately 24-48 hours to process before they are dispatched. This may vary depending on the time the order was placed [for example after hours], order verification, etc. If there is a significant delay you will be contacted via phone and/or email.
You will receive regular updates, once your order is being processed and another once the order has been Dispatched.
If for any reason you have not received an email, please check your junk mail as we will rarely forget to update you.

I am interested in placing an order but don't want to pay online?
Blue Cow Hockey is mainly an online service which can only process your order through the Internet. The system is secure and if you have any queries please do not hesitate to call beforehand.
If however you feel more comfortable you can select the 'Cash' option as the Payment Method as it allows you to make a payment at a bank into the company bank account or orgainse a online money transfer. However your order would not be processed until full payment had been received.
