Blue Cow Hockey always looks to provide you with the cheapest delivery option. ALL orders over £100 (excluding delivery costs) will be offered FREE delivery (Standard Courier)

While orders between £50-£99.99 will be offered a reduced £4.99 (Standard Courier).

The Standard Courier charge will change automatically depending on the amount you have in your Basket, in order to offer you the best deal we can.

PLEASE NOTE - if you are not located within Mainland UK, or you are ordering cetain items which require the 'Heavy Item' charge, then you must select the relevant option youeself, if you do not then your order will be delayed as we will need to contact you for a further payment.

Delivery charges are based on weight, but as a rough guide, an average pair of skates sent by Standard Courier Starts at just £4.99 for mainland UK (Excludes IV, PA & KW Postcodes). Faster services are available at extra cost.

The entire range of Postal services and prices for your order can be found in the menu during the checkout process. You can choose the postage you'd like to pay before you enter any credit card details. Next Day Delivery is available (On in stock items, where the order is placed before 1.30pm)

For some parts of NORTHERN SCOTLAND a Next day delivery may not arrive at the depot until late morning in which case, the delivery will take place the following day. (As the vans tend to leave the depots early in the morning)

Other items may be more or less dependant on weight. To calculate charges, add the items to the cart, then proceed to the checkout, enter your details and select from a choice of postage rates.

FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £100 DOES NOT APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, OR OFFSHORE ISLANDS OR NORTHERN IRELAND ADDRESSES.

Otherwise orders over £100 for Mainland UK addresses are sent free of charge.

Orders under £100 are charged according to the items weight and sent the least expensive but safe way, we can.

For NORTHERN IRELAND, please select Northern Ireland from the countries list (rather than UK), as have their own shipping bands, separate from the rest of the UK Mainland.

For the SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS (i.e. postcodes IV, PA & KW) please select SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS (rather than UK), as have their own shipping bands, separate from the rest of the UK Mainland.

For THE CHANNEL ISLANDS (including the Isle of Man) please select from the countries list, as they have their own shipping bands, separate from the rest of the UK Mainland.

If we have the item you have ordered in stock then delivery should take no more than the period you selected for your delivery .Items out of stock may take 2-5 working days, provided they are in stock with our suppliers. If they are unobtainable we will let you know via email, of the time you can expect to wait, should you wish to cancel the order, we will do so. If there is a specific date you need the item by, please write "required by” and the date in the Comments section found on the delivery checkout page. We will do our best to get it there on time.

Parcels delivered by DHL Express Parcel Couriers require someone to sign for the order or your parcel will be taken back to your local depot. If you are out at the time of delivery, the driver will usually leave a card and call the following day. If you’re out again the driver will leave a card asking you to contact them to arrange an alternative delivery time. Parcels can arrive any time up to about 7.30pm, but usually arrive before 3pm.

(Should you require AM delivery an additional charge will be made). For International orders

Items less than 2kg are normally sent via Royal Mail.

We reserve the right to change the shipping method to a faster service than that chosen. BlueCowHockey will not be able to refund postage costs unless we have made a mistake on your order.

*Large Parcels over 2 kilos such as skates or Backpacks, sent to postcodes D (£10) and ZE (£20 SURCHARGE) will incur an additional delivery surcharge as shown.

*OR for orders for the RBK metal goals, as there excess weight is too heavy for standard post charges. This will incur an additional £6.99 postage charge. Which once the order is placed someone would contact you to arrange payment? Alternatively you could save time by ringing before you purchase.

International Orders

PLEASE NOTE - We can only deliver to the billing address of the card used to pay for the order.

As every shipments cost is dependant on the weight of the items, costs vary .Please add your items to the cart and proceed to the checkout where it will tell you the cost of shipping for your order before you enter any payment details.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Exchanges

After you have purchased a product from Blue Cow Hockey, you may find it does not fit properly, provided it is un-used we will exchange them for an alternative size, or refund should you so wish? (You just have to cover any postage costs incurred). Provided items are returned in their original (as new) condition, we allow up to 40 Calendar days for you to return the item for exchange.

Postage costs are non refundable.

If you need a different size please post the product back to us (1st class post is the cheapest method, but take out insurance against loss), alternatively use signed for, or special delivery for maximum speed and security.

Please note- If there is no record of the product being returned to our premises and it gets lost in the post, then we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

If you are exchanging an item with us which you did not order, is faulty or for any other reason which is our mistake, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please contact us before you send any faulty item back, as sometimes, all we will require is a photo of the problem. We will then advise you what course of action to take. . If there is a mistake, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.

Otherwise please wrap the original box up in some sort of paper or plastic or box, as we need to receive them back in saleable condition.

To speed things up include a cheque for £7.99 (non subsidised postage rate) for the postage of the alternative size back to you.

Failure to do either of these will delay the replacement pairs return to you.

Refunds

Should you wish to return an item(s) for a refund, there will be a re-stock administration charge of £5.99 deducted from the refund.

If you received your product via free postage offered by BlueCowHockey, the cost of delivery (£7.99 non subsidised postage rate) will also be deducted from your refund.
