The CCM U+ Octo 05 grip hockey sticks offer CCM's 8-sided power taper that reduces weight while adding vertical and torsional strength. The compression molded construction also gives this stick a light but solid feel and consistent flex.

The U+ Octo05 comes with CCM's spray grip coating to increase stick control. The grip coating that CCM has used on this line is not the stickiest grip coating on the market. Although, still offers addition grip from clear coating sticks but not to the point where it is hard to move your hands.
