Purchasing from us
Online purchases could not be easier – simply browse our pages and click on any items that you which to purchase, ensuring the correct size, colour and number of items are selected (where appropriate). Then add them to your shopping cart, which is displayed on the top right hand side of the screen. After you have finished selecting, click on “checkout” and you will be asked to complete a few details that are required to complete your order. If you are using our secure payment facility online, you will then be taken to the Sagepay Website, where you will be asked to enter your credit card facilities. Please note: This is a secure web-site.
We accept credit payment only for our online transactions. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, Switch Debit Cards or Solo Debit Cards.
Back Orders / Out of Stock Items
Should your order be out of stock we will order it from our suppliers for you? We will always contact you to determine whether the order should still be processed, deleted or if an alternative item should be shipped? You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

VAT is included in the prices listed. VAT is charged at the standard rate. If an invoice showing VAT breakdown is required, this can be supplied upon request.
Credit Card Security
All of your personal information relating to orders placed at our online store is held in accordance with the data protection act. Personal details will not be disclosed to any third party, except for delivery purposes.
You can be confident your card details are safe. When you pay Via PROTX (who are a payment service provider - http://www.protx.com ) they take your payment on our behalf , so we do not have any of your cards details on file, so we are unable to make any further debits from your card if, for instance you wanted to add an item onto your order. You would need to contact us again with your card details or place a separate order. We accept payment by SWITCH, SOLO, MASTERCARD, VISA, AND VISA ELECTRON and MAESTRO.
Guarantee / Warranties
We guarantee that you will be satisfied by our products and service. Our policy is:
All items purchased are guaranteed under the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Manufacturers warranty covers defective material or defective workmanship.
Should the item purchased be faulty upon delivery, or becomes faulty within 40 calendar days, please return it to us. We will (subject to an inspection) refund or replace the faulty item. After 40 calendar days we reserve the right to replace or repair the item at our discretion.
The parts which are defected will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Worn items through general use are NOT covered. A receipt must be shown with the date of purchase.
Due to the nature of ice and inline hockey, sticks and blades are not covered by a guarantee against breakages.
Proof of purchase (an official receipt) must accompany all items returned for refund or exchange.
Please note, due to the number of items available on the site and with the many different sizes and variations required for each item, it is not possible to guarantee everything is in stock at the time of ordering. If you need the item by a certain date please call or email to check the item is in stock.
Unfortunately if the item is not in stock, unless you have placed an order and made a full payment we can not allocate (put it to one side) or order in items specifically for you, in order to secure the item you will need to order and pay for the item, otherwise you will have to simply keep checking our stock, however the turnaround for most order which are intially out of stock is no more than 7-10 days and can be quicker depending when the order is placed. (assuming there are no delays caused which are out of Blue Cow Hockey control).
Blue Cow Hockey does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. We will only use information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the data protection act.
